Christian Michael Villareal, age 14, of Glendale, Arizona passed away on Saturday, September 12, 2020. Christian was born October 22, 2005 in Glendale, Arizona to Jeneane Robitaille and Jose Luis Villareal, Jr..
Christian had a passion for working hard and enjoying life. He tackled anything that came his way, and enjoyed physical sports. His favorites were football and basketball, but he enjoyed liked anything that kept him active. Christian was excited as he was just learning how to surf. Christian was an avid player of video games, especially Minecraft, Call of Duty, and Fortnite. You'd be hard pressed to find him without something spicy to eat: whether it was Hot Cheetohs, Takis, hot sauce, or hot wings. He learned a hard work ethic from his family, and has been working at Red Lobster to earn money for his special clothes and shoes. Christian was inspired by his family's military service and wanted nothing more than to join the United States Army after finishing high school. Christian is remembered as being spontaneous and a adventurist at heart.
Christian is survived by his parents, Jose Luis Villareal, Jr. and Jeneane Robitaille; siblings Elijah, Kilani, P.J., Eric, Mattisen, Chance, Patience, and Cameron; grandparents Jose Villareal, Sr. and Dawn Lawrence; uncles, Chris, Carlos, Mike, Steve, Pyro, Andre, Marty, and Larry; aunts, Yvette and Leeza; best friends Donovin and Isaac; and girlfriend, Joselyn. Christian also leaves to cherish his memory countless friends and many more people he touched along the way.
A visitation for Christian will be held Sunday, September 20, 2020 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Chapel of the Chimes Mortuary, 7924 North 59th Ave, Glendale, AZ 85301. A funeral service will follow at 11:00 AM. Join the family after the service for a gathering until 1:30 pm. Christian's favorite color was blue, so if you have anything blue, please wear it to his service. A committal service will occur Monday, September 21, 2020 at 10:00 AM at Resthaven Park Cemetery, 6450 W Northern Ave, Glendale, AZ 85301.
