Yvonne Nichols Williams, passed away January 31, 2018. Services will be at White Chapel Funeral Home in Gladstone 11 am on Monday, February 5th, with a visitation at 10 am. Interment will be at White Chapel Cemetery following the service.
Yvonne was born on August 2, 1944 in Independence, Missouri to Carl and Helen (Amundson) Nichols. She graduated from William Chrisman High School. She obtained a B.A. in Education from U.M.K.C. and a Master of Arts in Teaching from Webster University. Mrs. Williams was known to many second graders at Graden Elementary School in Parkville before her retirement.
Yvonne leaves behind two children: Annette Newberry and Jeff Newberry; two grandsons, Christopher and Nicholas Newberry; and two pets Maddie and Becky.
