Robert “Bob” Allen Cobb, age 66, died peacefully on April 16, 2023. Bob was born on September 7, 1956 to Nettie Lorene Cobb and Hubert A. Cobb in Kansas City, Missouri. He married Brenda Hawker in 1977 and had one living child, April M. Cobb on June 5, 1978.
Bob enjoyed working on cars and was an amazing artist. He spent countless hours drawing. He enjoyed playing cards and games of all sorts with his friends and had an undying love for the King of Rock and Roll, Elvis Pressley. He loved his mother dearly and cherished their relationship, he stuck by her side until her death in 1997. Bob resided in Liberty, Missouri and the Northland area for the majority of his life. He was always up for a new adventure and would move around from time to time, but never settling in one place for too long. He was fortunate to have grown up in a large family with eight brothers and sisters always looking out for each other along the way.
He is preceded in death by his loving mother, Nettie Lorene Carpenter (Comstalk) (Cobb) (Rice), on August 19, 1997; his biological father, Hubert A. Cobb on November 8, 2006; his father who raised him as his own, Warren G. Carpenter on October 29, 1990; and his brother Marty Rice.
Robert is survived by his only daughter April M. Kabrick (Cobb) and her husband Jason A. Kabrick and their five children (his grandchildren) Autumn J. Kabrick age 10, Abbigail D. Kabrick age 15, Blake B. L. Allen age 21 an active Navy Petty Officer in Italy, Mathew P. L. Allen age 23, and Thomas F. L. Allen age 23 and his son (Bob’s great grandson) Anthony Allen age 1 ½. Sisters Edith Rice and family, Teresa Loyd and family. Brothers Floyd Rice and family, Timothy Carpenter and family, Dale Carpenter and family, Eugene (Gene) Carpenter and family, and William Carpenter.
