Pam was born in Sedalia, Missouri on September 30, 1958.
Pam was preceded in death by her parents Thomas Nathan Jinks, Sr. and Betty Ann Creager; brother, Thomas Jinks, Jr.; and her husband, Neal Moore.
She is survived by her children, Tommy Ray Smith and Joshua Ryan "JR" Donnici; step-children, Lindsey, Dane, and Blake Moore; her siblings, Debra (Rich) Laufer, Connie (Smitty) Smith, Richard (Beverly) Morris, and Steven (Rich Pallach) Bybee.
Pam became a massage therapist in 2004 and worked in that field until 2021. Pam had many clients who will miss her caring treatments and concern for their well-being. Pam had many interests including traveling, rock-hounding, quartz mining, marbles, sewing, and painting rocks for friends. Pam cherished her visits to Florida and the beach where she could dip in the sand and hunt for shells or sit in the surf and watch the sun set.
