Grandma Woods was honestly a one of a kind person. She always knew exactly what to say to make you feel better. She was the kindest woman I have ever had the honor of meeting. It didn’t matter if you were a stranger off the street, if you needed anything, she was going to be right there for you. The kindness and love she instilled in so many others during her lifetime will be passed on forever. I will always miss her hilarious comments, straight forward advice, loving hugs, and every little thing about her. Until we can see you again someday, watch over us Grandma Woods. Love you forever.

When I think of momma Sue, it makes my heart smile. Ornery and feisty but at the same time a heart full of love and anf open door to a house full of acceptance. She always made me feel safe and gave me a sense of pride and respect. A true angel who watched over so many people. I truly believe people come into our life for a reason, momma sue showed me love beyond words, I will always adore her and love her as she helped shaped my heart into what it is now.

Grandma was a very nice lady who treated me and everyone I knew like her own family. I remember she would give us rides in the cold so we wouldn't have to walk. I'm happy I got to call her Grandma.

Marlene sue woods was a beloved mother and grandmother, she treated everyone she knew like family,  I grew up with Sammy and she always took us places and  she made me feel like part of the family. When I moved to Florida she would send me letters telling me how much she missed me and wanted me to come home. I love her with all my heart and I’m so thankful I got to be apart of her life. I’ll never forget the memories I have with her and the family , thank you for everything grandma I love you .  Shane

Grandma would take on anyone in need and she had the sweetest soul. She would talk to anyone that was in a rough spot  -Justin

 She always wanted me to give her a hug every time I come over and she always asked me how my day was. She was very nice and I’m happy I was part of her life. - Daniel

Honestly, grandma and I didn't know each other a whole lot at first.I would come over to sammys from time to time and hang out and she was always nice to me and I was nice to her and she knew I was one of sammys best friends and for the longest time all I knew was that she was grandma and she loved the guys. Times brought change and with that change my life turned upside down. I became distant from my friends and family and was going through a lot and I didn't have a solid place to live and my life was a pretty rocky road for a while, but because of that I realized I needed to try and be around friends more and try to keep myself from drifting off from the ones I love. So I started coming around more, and when I did I spent some more time at sammys. I was away for a while so when I came back everyone wanted to see me again, especially grandma. When I came back for the first time in a
 while I went to grandmas room and sat down next to her on her bed and talked about everything I was going through with her. We talked for a long time and she told me about herself when she was younger and all the problems she had to overcome when she was getting older and she made me feel better and for the first time in a while I had hope that things would get better. She made me happy, she made me feel loved and cared for just like a good grandma would, she treated me as one of her own grandsons and even though we didn't know each other a whole lot she would've done anything for me because she knew I was good at heart and that's all that mattered to her.I love her so much for the sweet pure heart that she had and for being there for anyone that needed her. I will always remember how good of a grandma she was to me, and to the rest of the guys. I'm glad that she's in heaven with all
 the love and happiness she deserves. Rest In Peace grandma, may you and your love be remembered and carried on throughout our hearts, never to be forgotten.
