Visitation will be held at the White Chapel Funeral Home in Gladstone, MO on Monday, March 11th from 6-8 pm. Funeral services will be held at the Pleasant Valley Baptist Church in Liberty, MO on Tuesday, March 12th at 10 am with burial at the Leavenworth National Cemetery in Leavenworth, KS.
Bryan was born on October 30, 1970 to James W and Susan L Moore. He graduated from Truman High School in Independence, Mo and joined the Army right out of high school where he served 23 years as a CH\MH47 Chinook Repairer with his last eight years serving with the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (Airborne). Bryan founded the Night Stalker Heroes Memorial of Savannah Foundation, a 501(c)(3) which now falls under The Night Stalker Association Savannah Chapter. Bryan earned his associate degree in general studies from Columbia College of Missouri. He also has a certification in Nonprofit Management from Duke University.
Bryan was a dedicated father and husband and was a member of the Pleasant Valley Baptist Church in Liberty, MO where his wife and him were married.
Bryan was extremely talented and won several awards for his artwork to include the Creative Forces Veterans Affairs art contest. Bryan and his wife Shawn founded Operation Frontline Families (formerly Caregivers on the Homefront) in 2017 to support the family members of veterans, first responders, and frontline workers.
Bryan is survived by his wife, Shawn, sons Spencer Andrew (wife Casey) of Fayetteville, NC, Tucker Aaron (wife Sivan) of Puyallup, WA, (step) daughters Jessica L., Haley A., Courtney N., and Peyton G., of Kansas City, mother Susan Lorene Moore of Mesa, AZ, brother Michael Allen, (wife Kim), nephews Noah and Sam Moore of Olathe, KS and a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Bryan was preceded in death by his father James William, his Uncle David Jackson, and his nephew Ben Jackson.
