Betty J. Partridge, 81, of Kansas City, MO passed away Sunday October 4, 2015. Betty was born in Iowa and went to nursing school in Marshalltown, Iowa, where all 5 sisters graduated from nursing school. On January 21, 1956 Betty was married to Richard Patridge, by the same minister who united her parents. They moved to Kansas City in 1956 where her husband taught at Northeast High School. Betty was formally employed by North Kansas City Hospital, Owens Corning Fiberglas and J.C.Penney’s and a nanny to 2 grandsons. She was preceded in death by her parents, son Robert, husband Richard, a sister and brother. She is survived by sons, Doug (Mary) Partridge, Todd Partridge, John (Elena) Partridge; 8 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, 2 brothers and 3 sisters, and many favorite nieces and nephews. Family and friends will celebrate Betty’s Life 11:00am Friday White Chapel Funeral Home. Family will receive friends Thursday from 5:00 to 7:00pm at the funeral home.
