Born in Glace Bay, he was the son of the late Colin and Florence Peach. He was a member of St. Mary’s Anglican Church.
Kevin loved sports, soft ball, hockey he was a true Toronto Maple Leafs fan, Kevin also loved to play darts and had many friends.
Surviving are his companion, Yvette (Bourgeous) MacCormick; daugther, Jessica; stepdaugther, Agnes, Glace Bay; son, Kevin Jr., Glace Bay; sisters, Muriel (Pius Corbett), Dominion, Mary (Myles Corbett), Manitoba, Valerie (Marvin Boutilier), Stella Boutilier, Sharon (Gene) Vater, Paulette (Buddy Usher), Vivian Pasher and Lucy (Raymond MacNeil), all of Glace Bay; brothers, Ross, Freddie (Tracey) and Joseph (Moira), all of Glace Bay. Also survived by many nieces and nephew and grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
Predeceased by parents and a brother, Archibald in infancy.
Visitation for the late Kevin James Peach will be held Monday, April 25, 2011 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. in Patten Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held Tuesday, April 26, 2011 in the funeral home chapel with Rev Vernon Reid officiating. Burial in Good Shepherd Cemetery, Reserve Mines.
