Tyler William Phillips, 27, a resident of Knoxville, Tn died accidentally on Tuesday Nov. 12, 2013. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 16, 2013 from the Johnson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Mark Lovett and Rev. Wayne Davis officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery. Johnson Funeral Home of Georgiana, Al directing arrangements. Tyler was preceded in death by his Grand Mother, Brenda Bush.
