Karen Caffey Campbell, age 65, of Georgetown, Texas, passed away on July 8, 2019 in Marble Falls, Texas. She was born to Walton Roy and Mildred Ruth (Gregory) Caffey on September 16, 1953 in Houston, Texas.
Karen spent three decades building a respected career in pediatrics, where she was loved and admired by all those she encountered. She was also very involved with her church group, “Solos” at Crestview Baptist Church in Georgetown. She loved being “Grammy” to her six grandchildren and she enjoyed going to their sporting events. She also had an active social life and was blessed with many friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents. Those left behind to cherish her memory are her three children, Travis Campbell and wife Karen of Marble Falls, Texas, Jeremy Campbell and wife Linda of Austin, Texas, and Lindsey Pierce and husband Jack of Jarrell, Texas: and her six grandchildren, Jayson, Kaiden, Liam and Lane Campbell and Jaxon and Halli Pierce.

Family and friends are invited to gather at a visitation to be held on Friday, July 12, 2019 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Cook-Walden Davis Funeral Home in Georgetown, Texas. A service celebrating her life and legacy will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, July 13, 2019 at Crestview Baptist Church, 2300 Williams Drive, Georgetown, Texas. She will be laid to rest at I.O.O.F. Cemetery beside her parents.
