Larry “Augie” Ensley, 71, of Gastonia passed away unexpectedly on December 16, 2020. Larry proudly served his country in the United States Army. Professionally, Larry was a truck driver. Larry had many friends. He was very active as a motorcycle rider. He will be dearly missed by his motorcycle friends and all that knew and loved him.
His parents precede him in death. He leaves behind four adult children, five grandchildren and a brother, Carol Ensley.
The family plans a memorial service at a later date. Larry will be laid to rest, with full military honors, in a private ceremony at The National Veteran’s Cemetery in Salisbury, NC.
