He is survived by his loving wife Melissa Cox Justice of Mount Olive, Alabama; his son, Michael Justice of Gardendale, Alabama, his wife Kristi and their children, Liam and Marielle; his daughter, Alisha Sloan of Smokerise, Alabama and her husband, Ray; parents, Neal and Betty Justice of Sylvan springs, Alabama and sister, Vicki Chaney of Chelsea, Alabama along with Glenn and their children. But he is lovingly remembered by so many more.
In his lifetime he worked in a number of different jobs but finally found his career-calling at UAB where he retired after 33 years as the Executive Director of Procurement and Contracting. He was a faithful follower of Christ and a member of Gardendale First Baptist Church. He loved travelling (especially camping), gardening and golf.
There wasn't a life touched by Terry that wasn't the better for it. he was kind and generous and embodied a heart of service. He loved the Lord and never hesitated to offer a helping hand to a friend or neighbor in need. To know him was to love him, without exception. There is not enough time in the day to list the reasons he is and was so loved by so many.
The family requests, in lieu of flowers, donations be made in his memory to Jimmy Hale Mission, P.O. Box 10472, Birmingham, AL 35202.
