Joe was very much loved and will be greatly missed. He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul Shamblin Wilson and Ida Lee Wilson; son, Paul Douglas Wilson and brothers, Parker, Floyd, George, Paul, Jr, Carl, Roy and Sam. Joe is survived by his wife, Fay Nix Wilson; children, Sharon Wilson Garrison (Jimmy), Bruce A. Wilson (Lisa), Johnny Manasco (Rebecca) and Bonney Manasco Musgrove (Jerry); 9 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren along with numerous nieces and nephews
A visitation for Joe will be held Tuesday, September 27, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Ridout's Gardendale Chapel, 2029 Decatur Highway, Gardendale, AL 35071, followed by a funeral service from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM.
