Conrad was born to Maurice and Hortensia in Orange, California on June 20, 1938. At the age of 17, Conrad would join the United States Navy, where he served for 6 years.
Conrad had a great love of cars, but particularly fast cars, his favorite car being a Trans Am, because according to him, it was ahead of its time. Conrad's love for cars would eventually bring him to the career that he was well known for, Body and Fender work. A career that would span 54 years.
Conrad was a “Gentle Giant”, a “Big Teddy Bear” and had a very humorous side to him. He was also extremely creative.
He loved playing Poker, he was part of a poker group that would meet bi-weekly or monthly and every year he would play in “Cuco’s Poker Tournament”.
Conrad is preceded in death by his parents, sons, Robert and Danny and his grandson Danny. He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Dolores “Jeanne”, sons, Johnny, Maurice, Arnold, Gary, Timmy, Tommy and Joseph, 21 Grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren.
