Rhonda Landers

Rhonda Landers, age 69, of Gadsden, AL went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, December 10, 2024. A funeral service will be held at 11:30 am on Saturday, December 14, 2024, at Collier-Butler Funeral Home. Rev. Russell Machen will officiate. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery. Collier-Butler Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Rhonda was a graduate of Etowah High School and a graduate of Gadsden State with a degree in Medical Transcription. She was a member of Bellevue Baptist church, on the advisory board at Regions Bank, and a member of the professional women group. Rhonda was a Pharmacy Technician at Huntsville Hospital in the cardiac unit. She enjoyed fishing, painting, and spending time with her dog Chloe.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ronnie Dickey, Jr., and Ivalee Dickey; grandparents, Ronnie Dickey, Sr., and Ada Little Emory, and John and Celia Goble.

Rhonda is survived by her husband of 51 years, Isaac Landers; sons, Adam (Candace) Landers and Matthew Landers; grandchildren, Cooper Landers, Lottie Kate Landers, and AnnLee Landers; siblings, Bonnie Arthur, Patricia (Gene) Lankford, Donnie (Denise) Dickey, and Vickie (Danny) Estes; and several nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Tommy Wright, Eddie Wrenn, Jason Arthur, Danny Estes, Brandon Dickey, and Mike Roper.

Flowers will be accepted, or memorials may be made to the Children Ministry Bellevue Baptist Church.

The family wishes to express specials thanks to Southern Cardiovascular and Dr. James Robinson.

The family will accept friends from 9:30 am until the hour of the service at the funeral home on Saturday.
