Joyce Jenkins

Funeral Services will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday-July 9, 2011 at Collier-Butler Chapel for Mrs. Joyce Jenkins, age 73 of Gadsden who passed away Thursday-July 7, 2011. Matthew Crowe, minister will officiate with burial at Young’s Chapel Cemetery. Collier-Butler Funeral and Cremation Services Directing.

Mrs. Jenkins was preceded in death by her husband; Jerry F. Jenkins and son; John “Buddy” Jenkins.

She was a native of Etowah County and a member of Fairview Road Church of Christ. She was proud to be a Master Gardner.

Survivors include her children; Joseph Jenkins and wife Angela, Jason Jenkins and wife Kellie and Jeremy Chris Jenkins , daughter; Julia -Ann Jenkins, grandchildren; Kasey Jordan Jenkins, Bethany Ehren Jenkins, Sara Emily Jenkins, Jarreth Evan Jenkins , Jeffery McDowell, , Kayla Brooke Jones and Hanah Elizabeth Jenkins, great granddaughter; Bella Grace Brooks, sisters; Judy Nelson, Boaz and Joan Dean, Glencoe, brothers; Jerry Haney, Montgomery and Joel Haney, Southside, numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be; Tommy Willingham, Johnny Hale, Curtis Haney, Ronnie Holloway, Bill Long and Kevin Skelton.

The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. this evening at the funeral home.
