William Leonard Woods Jr.

William Leonard Woods Jr. was born on February 3rd, 1948 to William Leonard Woods and Bonnie Margaret. William "Bill" Woods passed away on May 12, 2023 due to complications of a kidney transplant. He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and brother-in-law to many.

Bill is survived by his loving wife Linda Tobey Woods, son Ehren Woods and spouse Kristen, daughter Kristin Bleger and spouse Adam. He is also survived by six grandchildren, Ayden, Pax, Blythe, Evelyn, Blaise and Isabelle. In addition, Bill is survived by sisters

Jean O'Hanlon and spouse John, Janet Elliott and spouse Jim. His wife Linda's brothers Wayne Tobey and spouse Marian, Gene Tobey and spouse Marylyn. Bill is preceded in death by his daughter Erica Linn Woods. Bill had a long career as an ergonomic engineer and consultant. He spent his childhood in Tucson, Arizona until he moved to Fort Collins, Colorado in 1984. Bill "Grandaddy" Woods was an avid hat collector, an amateur artist, a Volvo fanatic, a servant in his local church, and most of all a devoted follower of Jesus. Bill will be greatly missed. His family awaits the time when they will be reunited with Bill through the promise of heaven by our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

A memorial service for William will be held Friday, May 19, 2023 at 10:00 AM at Timberline Church Fort Collins, 2908 S. Timberline Road, Fort Collins, CO.
