Michael Clark Acosta

Michael Clark Acosta, 64, was born in Morenci, Arizona to his parents Darlene Clark and Jess Acosta. Michael sadly left us on April 20th, 2024 surrounded by his loved ones. During his working career he had multiple jobs that he enjoyed doing, including Traffic Control, Cheyenne Regional Medical Center, Laramie County School District 1. He was also a Bartender, Barback and Cook at his favorite spot in Cheyenne, Cowboy South Bar.

Aside from his love for working and prior to his sickness, he enjoyed fishing, being outside, barbecuing, gardening, watching movies and spending time with his family. His favorite time of year was his birthday during Cheyenne Frontier Days. He enjoyed going to all the activities every year, from the pancake breakfast to the nightlife of downtown Cheyenne and the Cowboy South Bar.

He will truly be missed and never forgotten. He is survived by his son Michael Acosta, his daughter Amber-Rose Acosta, his granddaughter Kaylianah Acosta, and his sisters, Rebecca Acosta, Brenda Acosta, his uncle Mac Acosta, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his dad Jess Acosta and his mom Darlene Clark, his brother in law Bambi Garcia, his niece Erica Garcia.

A celebration of life will be held on his birthday with close family and friends.
