He was preceded in death by his parents; and wife, Evelyn Ross.
Dick is survived by his brother, Pat Ross and his wife Gail of Las Vegas, NV; his four children, Guy Ross and his wife Betty of Eagle Point, OR, Kim Miles and her husband John of Visalia, CA, Valorie Watts and her husband Reverend David of Texas, and Tracy Ross and his wife Christine of Turlock, CA; nine grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren
Visitation will be held at Whitehurst, Sullivan, Burns & Blair Funeral Home on Thursday, July 5, 2018, from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. followed by a Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 6:00 p.m.
A Graveside Service will be held at Washington Colony Cemetery on Friday, July 6, 2018, at 10:00 a.m.
