Ignacio “Nash” DeSantos Delgado passed away on the 14th of December 2022, at the age of 76 in Fresno, California. Born to Manuela and Frederick Delgado on March 15, 1946, in El Centro, CA. Nash was a proud Veteran of the United States Navy. Enlisting in June of 1964, he served as a radio operator aboard the USS BELLE GROVE during the war in Vietnam; Nash was honorably discharged on May 12th, 1967. Upon his return to the States, Nash and Gloria were married on April 25, 1969. Nash worked as a Roofer, Car Sales Manager and lastly as an examiner for the IRS. After retiring, he enjoyed many days riding his Harley with his brothers from Redrum Nation.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Fredrick and Manuela Delgado, brothers Fredrick Jr, Daniel
Delgado; sisters Mary Randolph, Monica Smith and Pauline Delgado. After bravely fighting cancer, at home, surrounded by family and friends; He is survived by his wife, Gloria F. Delgado; Three children, Raymond, Frederick, and Katherine Delgado. His 9 Grand Children, Madeline and Steven Delgado, Cailyn, Frederico and Frankie Jo Delgado, Eliese, Karine and Kira August, and Zeke Stephens. Brothers, Richard, David, and Manuel Delgado; sisters, Sylvia Burton, Yolanda Delgado, and Cynthia Morris; He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews
Nash was special in the lives of all who knew his heart. He will forever be missed.
