Dolores is survived by her husband, Hubert Cunningham of Fresno; son, Will Cunningham of Vallecito, CA; daughter, Gloria Briggs of Orangevale, CA; grandson, Mike & Emi Alexander of Carmichel, CA; sister, Mary Martinez of Hanford, CA; sister Angie Booth of Reedly, CA; sister Antoinette Garcia of West Covina, CA; and brother, Manuel Apodaca of Albuquerque, NM. She was preceded in death by brother, Tony Contreras; and sister, Josie Castillo, as well as seven siblings that did not survive to adulthood.
Dolores has been retired for many years, but worked in food service and, in later years, as a teacher’s aide in elementary school. Her passion was working with children and watching them learn.
