David was a generous, kind, trusting and loving man. He never met a stranger. Someone could meet and talk with him for five minutes and they would say that he is a good man.
His wife, Ruby, of 56 years passed away in 2012. He has two children, Philip and Suzanne, and three grandchildren, Daniel, Ryan, and Jana.
His parents and their five children moved from Mississippi to Kerman, CA when David was two years old. All of his siblings have passed. He graduated from Kerman High, received his BA from Fresno State then joined the Air Force where he met his wife. He & his wife moved to Fresno. David was with Lincoln National Insurance and Jefferson Standard before starting his own pension plan and retirement business, David N. Price & Associates. He was able to help his clients save money for retirement.
David was a 32nd degree mason and an active Shriner as well as an active Lions Club member until the pandemic.
David was on the board of Regency Bank and organized Fresno First Bank where he served as chairman of the board until he retired three years ago.
In lieu of flowers and cards he would like donations to go specifically to the Shriner Children's Hospital in Sacramento. 2425 Stockton Blvd,. Sacramento, CA., 95817
A visitation for David will be held Tuesday, March 1, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Stephens and Bean Funeral Chapel, 202 North Teilman, Fresno, CA 93706. A graveside service will occur Wednesday, March 2, 2022 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Columbia Cemetery, School House St., Columbia, CA 95310.
There will also be a reception at the Columbia House in Columbia following the services.on March 2nd.
There will be a celebration of his life at Pardini's on March 4, 2022 from 5:00 to 7:00 pm.
