Charles retired after a long career working as a Plant Foreman at Del Monte Packing Company.
Charles served honorably during WWII in the United States Army Air Corps. He was enlisted from 1942 to 1945.

He is preceded in death by Dorothy Mosqueda, his loving wife; his son, Bobby Mosqueda; parents, Guadalupe and Josephine Mosqueda; his brothers Rudy, Salvador, Ralph, Alfred, Arthur, Manuel and Arnold Mosqueda; his sisters, Connie Martinez, Vera Mendoza, and Beatrice Mosqueda.
Charles is survived by his daughters, Vivian Mosqueda, Cynthia Mosqueda, Carmina Romero and son-in-law Hector, Mary Elizabeth Mosqueda; sisters, Molly Munoz, Esparanza Thompson; brother, Louie Mosqueda; as well as 11 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held at Stephens & Bean Chapel on Thursday, March 14, 2013, from 2:00 p.m to 7:00 p.m., followed by a Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 p.m.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Holy Spirit Catholic Church on Friday, March 15, 2013 at 10:00 a.m.
