Barbara, though we were only able to spend a few years together, I can’t begin to count the times you made me laugh. Your comedic timing and sarcasm were amazing. Thank you for creating a family that accepted me as family.  

Our last photo together this past Mother’s Day 2022. Words cannot describe how much I love you and how much I will miss you. I am blessed to have been able to spend so much time with you and experience so much with you. I will cherish the memories I have with you and the conversations we’ve had forever. Love you always. Love you always grandma,  I thank you for all the memories you have given me. Being there always for me and my family. Blessed you were able to watch me grow and my sons, I know you will continue to watch over us in heaven with grandpa! Til we meet again my guardian angel! 

Just thinking about all the time we spent together and realizing you are not here anymore, I am so thankful my grandchildren have memories of "granma turtle" 🥰,

My grandma was a force of nature, someone who was unapologetically herself. I will always admire the way she lived her life, and cherish the memories she has gifted me. We created one of my favorite memories when I lived with her and grandpa. During dinnertime, grandma would always compete with me to see who could finish our food first. I always tried my hardest to beat her! Although I didn’t find out until much later that she was pretending all along and letting me win to get me to finish all of my food!! My Grandma made anything fun, I will miss her dearly. ❤️ 

I still can’t believe you’re gone.I miss you so much.Your laugh, your quick wit,and the love you had for your family will never be forgotten.Rest in heavenly peace, Mama❤️

Grandma, you will be missed so much but I know you are with the love of your life again so I find peace in that. Thank you for everything you taught me growing up. I always remember and cherish the walks you would take Kayla & I on when we spent days with you and the stories you shared with us. We definitely took your witty & sassy personality traits so thank you for that. I love you forever & more grandma! Love always, Rebecca.
