He was born on October 14, 1973 in Angola, Indiana.
Survivors include a son, Christian, his mother and step-father, Bernice and Richard Crager of Fremont, Indiana, and siblings, Gwen Adams (Bill Smith), Lance Crager, and Travis Crager, all of Fremont, Indiana, and Heather (Matt) Crum of Angola, Indiana, nieces and nephews, Liam Smith, Natalie Crum, and Ashton Crum, and many Aunt's, Uncles, and cousins.
He was preceded in death his father, Bruce Adams.
Private Services will be held. Burial will be at Jamestown Cemetery, Fremont, Indiana.
