Wilma Daoang Mappala

Wilma Daoang Mappala was born on July 23, 1967 and lived in Brgy 36 Araniw Laoag City, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. Her loving Parents are Mr. Julian Cudal Daoang and Mrs Florenda Bumanglag Daoang. She finished Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Northwestern College in Laoag City. During her college days she met Ronie C. Mappala, the love of her life, her husband, they’ve been married since May 29, 1990. They were blessed by having five children naming Rose Anne, her eldest daughter who is now a Nurse, Hazel, a graduate of Management Accounting, Jhonzen , who is taking up his degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Krichelle Mae was taking up Hotel and Restaurant Management too and now a full time mom for her child Kyle Liam, the only grand son of Wilma and lastly, Marc Bryan, the bunso of the family, who is now in 9th grade.

Wilma had been a great daughter, caring sister, a loving wife, a thoughtful mother and a good friend to everyone. She spent her whole life being a fulltime mom to her children. She’s the mommy of every child in their place. Her family was her first priority. She’s been always there when they need her the most. She’s always been very supportive for the endeavors of her kids. She will always be an inspiration to us. She’s been a fighter ever since and until her very last breathe.

We may not understand all the reasons behind this heartbreaking happening today, one thing I am so sure, Wilma is now happy in the arms of our Father Almighty. In heaven, she will never feel any pain and sorrow. She will be the happiest guardian angel to her family. She never left us; we may not see her physically but all those happy moments will never be forgotten and that will make her alive, alive in our hearts. She will forever be missed and it will never be the same again without her.

We may grieve right now but just believe in God, He is in control of everything. Let him be our source of strength in this very down moment of our lives. Believe in his words that soon the rain will stop and the rainbow will come out.
