Dr. Trinidad always made me feel comfortable as she took time to listen to what my concerns were and never rushed. I'll always be grateful to her for being my first obgyn.

Dear Tito Turing, Buddy, and Brian,

My deepest condolences and prayers for you and our wonderful Tita Mely… I’ll always remember how each one of you cared for and loved me during my time at Santa Clara. She had the sweetest demeanor and even when she was upset her love and compassion was always shining through. I know she, my Mom, and the rest of their “barkadas” that are no longer among us are enjoying one another’s company and always smiling upon us.

My deepest sympathies to all family and friends. She was a wonderful doctor who helped my children come into this world … I will never forget this wonderful woman..

Our deepest condolences to the bereaved Librea-Trinidad family - particularly  to Tito Turing, Buddy and Brian and our fervent prayers for the eternal repose of the soul of Tita Mely.  I remember Tita Mely welcoming me very warmly  when I arrived at Phelps Avenue as a graduate student in the early ‘80s. She was my second “mother” and aunt in San Jose after Tita Dale along with my full-blood beloved Tita Ningning of Hayward. Tita Mely had adopted me in the sense that she treated me as truly one of her own close relatives. She was always asking about how I was doing in my masteral studies and made me feel that she was always proud of my academic achievements. Even though she hadn't seen my parents yet that time I was there, she spoke highly and fondly of them as if they were her own brother and sister when she would have probably heard about them from the accounts and stories of my uncle Roger and aunt Dale, her next-door neighbors. Speaking of neighbors, Tita Mely was the most neighborly I’ve ever met and known. The Capulongs’ and Trinidads’ lovely homes were separated only by a short fence and both families would cross over to each other’s place any time of the day. Tita Mely would always ask what food I wanted to eat while on a short weekend break from school or if I wanted to bring something back to the school dorm with me.  She was one very solicitous, warm and hospitable lady. Will miss her.  Rest in peace now Tita Mely🙏🏼 - Bless Panaligan & family
