Victoria "Vickie" Brown

Victoria "Vickie" Brown, age 50, of Spotsylvania, Virginia passed away on Monday, April 18, 2022. Vickie was born November 21, 1971. She Graduated from East Meadow high school in New York. She did 2 years at Suffolk Community College in New York. She moved to Virginia in 1990. And started working for Shoppers Food Warehouse. Leaving behind: Adam and Maggie Brown (her cats) Mother, Florence Brown Aunt, Janet Frisch Sister, Melissa Trainum her husband Sean children Sean James, Bethany, Brother-in-law, Jason Trainum, Brother, Edward Brown his wife Jill children Patrick, Brooke, Autumn, Logan Lifepoint Family, especially Danielle Love, Theresa McRea, CoLeader Michelle, Irene, Rachel, Julia, Suzan, Detre, Mariah, Ketra whom she became very close to. She is preceded in death by: Her Father Patrick Brown Her Grandparents: Arthur and Mary Brown Edward and Clara Frisch Everyone loved Vickie! She was such a breath of fresh air! Even though Vickie struggled with health problems she never complained and always worried about everyone else. Vickie would always tell you she was a serve project and would love to tell her testimony. She wanted to give back and show everyone how good God is. Her journey for serving started during Covid by getting involved with making masks (teaching herself to sew). After the demand died down she felt a calling to make fidget quilts ( designed to keep hands busy with embellishments and trimming) for the elderly with Alzheimer’s. Vickie always had a big heart and would be there for anyone in need. She never needed recognition for anything she did. You would always see her scooting around on her walker always ready to help out where she was needed. She loved Greeting on Sunday Morning in Church. When we found out she had the tumors in her brain, all she could say is, “I still have so much to do for the Lord! She wanted to impact people for the Lord! And that she did, even when she was in bed asleep, she was touching people with the memories of how she loved openly and with such transparency. We are so blessed to have been a part of her life! We will miss you Vickie! A visitation for Vickie will be held Thursday, April 21, 2022 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Mullins & Thompson Funeral Service, 1621 Emancipation Hwy, Fredericksburg, Virginia 22401. A celebration of life will occur Friday, April 22, 2022 at 6:00 PM at Mullins & Thompson Funeral Service.
