Patricia Ann Kinder, 65, of Stafford died Thursday, April 18, 2013 at Fairfax Hospital after a brief illness.
Patricia is survived by her parents Ervin and Lovis Horn; her husband of 47 years, Leonard J. Kinder; son, Barry Todd Kinder (Natalie); and her sister, Judy Hicks.
Patricia was a long time employee of the federal government and retired with distinction from the Office of Personnel Management.
She was a devoted wife and loving mother who enjoyed spending time with family and friends and traveling in her motor home.
Patricia was also a devoted cat lover.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Monday, April 22, at Mullins & Thompson Funeral Service, Stafford Chapel. Mrs. Kinder will then be transfered to Hurst Scott Richlands Funeral Home where the family will receive friends from 12 P.M. - 2P.M. on Wednesday April 24 with a funeral service to follow at Hurst-Scott Richlands Funeral Home 1402 2nd Street Richlands, VA 24641. Interment will follow at Greenhill Cemetery in Pounding Mill, VA.
