Nancy Carter Stone Rosenberg

Nancy Carter Stone Rosenberg, age 87, died on December 20, 2022. Mrs. Rosenberg was born in Fredericksburg, Virginia to Violet Carter and James Stone, Jr. on December 29, 1934. She was a former General Services Administration employee for almost 30 years. She retired from Federal Service in 1979. She was more recently a resident of Coles Point, Virginia and Boca Raton, Florida. With her husband, Marvin, of 54 years, they opened a number of businesses in Kinsale, Virginia. Mrs. Rosenberg is predeceased by her husband, Marvin Rosenberg; parents, Violet and James Stone, Jr.; sister, Patricia Shepherd (Wilbur); brother, James Stone III (Peggy). She is survived by her daughter, Pama Pixley (Alan) of Lakeland, Florida; son, Glenn Rosenberg (Nhi) of Silver Spring, Maryland; granddaughter, Nancy Saunders (Steve); great granddaughter, Brooke Revolt of Orlando, Florida; brother, Robert Lewis Stone (Bobbie) of Lake of the Woods, Virginia; and many special cousins, nieces, and nephews. A graveside service will be held at Oak Hill cemetery, Fredericksburg, Virginia on December 30, 2022 at 2:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to a charity of your choice.
