Matthew Delano Lanham, Jr., 27 of Fredericksburg Died Thursday April 12, 2012.
Matthew was born on August 15, 1984 to Matthew and Linda Lanham Sr. and was a carpenter by trade.
He is survived by his mother, Linda Lanham and her fiance’ Gary Newton, his father Matthew Lanham Sr. and stepmother Peggy, two sisters, Lisa Lanham Young (Chris), Angela Lanham Goshert (Chris), step brothers Bubba Hoffman and Norman Dye also a step sister Penny Hoffman. Other survivors include his maternal grandmother, Virginia Hutchison and Paternal grandmother, Viola Hensley and 6 nieces and nephews and numerous family and friends.
The family will receive friends Tuesday, April 17th from 5-8 PM at Mullins & Thompson Funeral Service Fredericksburg Chapel. Where a funeral service will be conducted on Wednesday April 18th at 11AM. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens. A reception will follow at Richland Baptist Church, Hartwood, Va. 22406
