He was the youngest male sibling of the late Jessie and Nannie Robinson. He attend public school in King George, Virginia. Earl worked as a Grounds Keeper before joining the United States Army in 1953, where he served for 2 years and was honorably discharged in 1955. Earl returned home and worked as a laborer until he retired then spent most of his time attending his garden until he fell ill. Earl leaves to mourn his son, Dennis Washington, of Fredericksburg, VA, two granddaughters; Niesha Washington, Shnia Washington, and two grandsons: Antonio Washington, Alonza Washington; two sisters: Ms. Dora Robinson of Dahlgren, Virginia, Ms. Mandy Bundy of Colonial Beach, Virginia and an abundance of nieces, nephews, and friends.
