Anne Marie was born on August 23, 1973, in Cleveland, OH, daughter to Mary Halloran and the late Terence Halloran Sr. Her radiant smile lit up any room she entered. She lived life to the fullest and especially loved spending time with her family, friends, and her beloved dogs. She had a deep passion for attending concerts, particularly those of Bruno Mars, and enjoyed going to comedy shows and sporting events. Every year, she made it a point to attend at least one game each of the Cleveland Guardians, Cleveland Browns, and Washington Capitals. Travel was also one of her greatest loves, and she cherished exploring new places.
Anne Marie earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Strayer University while working full time as resource manager for the Central Intelligence Agency.
She was preceded in death by her father, Terence Halloran and brother, Daniel Johnson.
She is survived by her loving husband, Joseph Dutkovic; son, Jacob Dutkovic; daughter, Gabrielle Dutkovic; brothers, Terence Halloran Jr. and Michael Johnson; sister, Teresa Long.
A visitation for Anne will be held Sunday, December 22, 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Mullins & Thompson Funeral Service, 1621 Emancipation Hwy, Fredericksburg, Virginia 22401.
