Geneva Moore Stamper, age 82, of Carlisle, Ohio passed away on Saturday, December 30, 2023. She was born on December 28, 1941 in Lee County, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Arch and Norena (Crouch) Moore. She was also preceded in death by her grandson, Jesse Robinson, 4 brothers, Bert Moore, Tyler Moore, Ronnie Dale Moore and Dillard Moore, and 2 sisters, Alta Quickshaw and Brenda Stamper.
Geneva is survived by her loving husband of 59 years, Carter Stamper; her 2 children, Steve Stamper and Melissa Robinson, of Carlisle; 1 grandchild, Lacey (Justin) Grewell; 5 great-grandchildren, Jamie, Asha and Sabastian Robinson, Gage and Bryson Grewell; 2 sisters, Cleta (Marcus) Palmer, of Franklin, Ohio, Mary Miller, of Osgood, Indiana; 2 brothers, Archie Lee (Sheila) Moore, and Willis Moore, of Beattyville, Kentucky.
She is also survived by a host of nieces and nephews.
She was a former employee of Valley Laundry in Franklin, Carlisle Manor and the Carlisle Restaurant.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
