Douglas Floyd Hunt

Doug proudly served in the United States Navy on the USS John F. Kennedy and was honorably discharged after concluding his service. He was currently attending Southern New Hampshire University where he was studying Project Management. Previously Doug worked as a welder and millwright, where he was able to work in all 50 states. He loved to travel, fish, and listen to music.

He was preceded in death by his father Charles Hunt; and brother, Matthew.

Doug is survived by his spouse, Nancy Taylor; daughters, Brianna Hunt, and Jessica Crooks; sons, Douglas (Kayla) Hunt, Joe Wyatt, and Jerud (Jamie) Taylor; grandchildren, Joani Hunt, Gavyn Spears, Kelsey Taylor, and Kailey Taylor; mother, Linda (Andrew) Seese; and brother, Casey.

A visitation for Douglas will be held Thursday, November 7, 2024 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at Anderson Funeral Home, 1357 E. 2nd St., Franklin, Ohio 45005. A funeral service will occur Thursday, November 7, 2024 at 12:30 PM, 1357 E. 2nd St., Franklin, Ohio 45005. A burial will occur Thursday, November 7, 2024 at 2:00 PM at Dayton National Cemetery, 4400 West Third Street, Dayton, OH 45431.
