Michael Wilkerson, beloved brother and uncle, passed away peacefully on February 27, 2021 in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on May 5, 1960, the youngest of five children born to the late Doy P. Wilkerson and Jeannette (Walker) Wilkerson. He was preceded in death by his sisters Diana and Jeannette and his nephew Brian.
Family and friends were very important to him. He moved to Colorado Springs, Colorado to help care for his sister, Diana. He enjoyed being around and helping anyone who needed him.
He leaves behind his brother and sister-in-law Preston and Ellen Wilkerson, his sister and brother-in-law Brenda and Robert Spears, nieces; Brenda, Nishea, Sherone, Jeannette, Janel, Ronetta, Jazmin, and nephews Anthony, Robert, Donta, Rashine and numerous grandnieces/nephews and friends both in Colorado Springs and Philadelphia (North Philly, 32nd and York).
