Matthew Caleb-Leslie Hart, 39, of Fort Worth, Texas went home to be with his Lord and Savior on November 12, 2021. Matthew was born on January 30, 1982 in Fort Worth, Texas. He loved music, skateboarding, shooting pool, fancy cars, traveling, and wearing shades. Matthew was a beloved son, brother and uncle, but more than that he was our buddy, our friend, our comedian, and our hero. He is deeply loved and will be immeasurably missed. We will carry him in our hearts always.
Matthew is survived by: His parents; Warren & Jan Hart and Jannell Taylor. His brothers and sisters; Michelle Hart, Marsha Hart, Jon David Worm, Meredith Hart, Maryellen Griffin and Nicholas Amrine. His nieces and nephews; Ashley, Charli, Gavin and Corbin; and numerous other family members and friends
Matthew's Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 21st, from 2:00pm - 4:00pm, at Laurel Land Funeral Home (main building).
The Funeral Service will take place Monday, November 22nd, at 10:00am, in the Chapel Of The Chimes, at Laurel Land Memorial Park . A Committal Service will be held at Laurel Land Memorial Park following the Funeral Service.
