Kim Lanette Austin

A Visitation will be held at 4 PM Tuesday, January 16, 2024 at Shannon Rose Hill Funeral Chapel.

Funeral Service will be held at 10 AM on Wednesday, January 17, 2024 at Shannon Rose Hill Funeral Chapel with the Dr. Todd Lasseter of Trinity Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will follow at Shannon Rose Hill Cemetery.

Kim Lanette Austin was born Arlington Memorial Hospital to Charles and Ella Terry on November 22, 1974. She was mother to her son’s, Zachery and Justin Austin. Kim spent her days caring for her children, as well as caring for her parents until their passing in 2014. After her parents' passing she began working in retail to support herself and lived in their home with her brother Dale Terry.

Kim’s battle with cancer began in October of 2020. Kim fought this fight every day with the love and support of her brother, children and friends until her passing. She was caring, loving and wished nothing but the best for everyone. She will be missed and always loved.

Kim Lanette Austin is preceded in death by Charles Terry and Ella Terry.

Kim Lanette Austin is survived by her brothers Dale Terry, sons Zachery Austin, Justin Austin.

Pallbearers will be Dale Terry, Paul Austin, Zachery Austin and Justin Austin.
