Joyce Gwendolyn Lindsey Cooper was born Wilson, Oklahoma to Gladys A. and Russell A. Lindsey on July 18, 1929.
Joyce went to school in Wilson, Oklahoma. She married Emmett Cooper on March 31, 1947 in Fort Worth, Texas. She graduated from Southeastern Oklahoma State University. She was involved in St. Matthew’s Nursery Program.
Joyce Gwendolyn Lindsey Cooper is preceded in death by her brothers R.A. Lindsey & William Lindsey, sister Maryquinn Lindsey & husband Emmett Cooper.
Joyce Gwendolyn Lindsey Cooper is survived by her daughter Rebecca Burns, grandson Blake Burns and wife Ilisa Burns, granddaughter Brandi Burns.
