Jimmy Wayne Prescher, 54, passed away December 21, 2022. Jimmy was born to Jerry and Patricia Prescher on February 7, 1968 in Fort Worth Texas. He graduated from Eastern Hills High School in Fort Worth, TX in 1986. He married Lisa Easter Prescher on March 3, 1990 in Crowley, TX; they lived in Burleson, Texas for 30 plus years.
Jimmy was born with an entrepreneurial spirit. Jimmy learned at a young age the importance of working hard; he began working at the age of eight for his grandfather’s roofing company. This would prepare him for his own roofing company one day. Jimmy and his wife Lisa have owned and operated Jimmy Prescher’s Roofing, serving the community for 30 plus years. Jimmy was proud of his children and loved to share their accomplishments to anyone that would listen. Jimmy was an avid racecar enthusiast, owner and sponsor. He was larger than life, his “Jimmy one liners” have been shared by many and his memory will live on forever in our hearts.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Patricia Gage Prescher; grandparents Cecil and Thelma Walker, William and Florence Prescher, and John and Lottie Gage. Uncles, Mike Tidwell, Curtiss Gage, Gene Boesl; Aunts, Joyce Boesl and Ruby Gage; father-in-law, Howard LaRoy Easter.
Jimmy Wayne is survived by his wife of 32 years, Lisa; daughter, Mackenzie Prescher Davis and her husband Riley and son, Hunter Gage Prescher; father, Jerry Prescher; sisters, Donna Stephen, Stephanie Bedunah and husband Dylan; brother Cody Prescher and wife Kristen; uncle, Roger Tidwell; mother-in-law, Kay Easter; brother-in-law, Michael Easter and wife Marcy; nieces and nephews; Scott Stephen, Lexi Stephen, Cade Bedunah, Brock Bedunah, Addylan Bedunah, Kennedy Easter and Reagan Easter and a whole list of extended family and friends.
