James Ellis Beall, 78, passed away peacefully on March 26, 2017 at Harris Methodist Hospital in Fort Worth.
He leaves behind his wife of 31 years, Wanda Beall; his daughter, Janie Nichols and husband David; stepsons, Jimmy Thomas and wife Linda, Timothy Thomas and David Thomas; he also leaves behind many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Forest and Lillian Beall; son, James Beall and two brothers, George and Charles Beall.
Born and raised in Fort Worth he was a lifelong resident. In his earlier years he served his country in the Army and was discharged in 1965. After the Army he became an avid bowler and was in as many as 3 leagues a week. He earned many bowling trophies and carried an over 200 average. In his later years he enjoyed the outdoors and often travelled to places with his wife and dogs. He will be greatly missed for his ornery sense of humor.
