Ernest Raymond Ensz, 80, of Burleson TX, passed away peacefully, Monday, July 24, 2017. A private memorial service gathering for family & friends will be held at Laurel Land Funeral Home, 7100 Crowley Rd., Ft. Worth, TX on September 7th at 11:00am. Ernest was born June 23, 1937 in Ft. Ransom, ND, to Jacob and Lillian Ensz. He served in the US Air Force from 1957 to 1959. He married Gloria Borchardt from McClusky, ND on December 12th, 1959. He was employed by Freight Masters in 1963, then retired from New York Brakes as an Electronics Tech in 1999. He and his wife Gloria were members of 1st Baptist Church & Cana Baptist Church in Burleson.
Survivors include; his wife Gloria of Burleson; 3 daughters, Melody and Steve carpenter of Dell City, TX, Dawn McVicar of Ft. Worth, TX, and Sherrie and Scott Black of Burleson, TX; grandchildren, Austin and wife Nikki Black, Allie Black; great grandchildren, Jade and Harper of Burleson, TX.
