FORT WORTH -- Dorothy Lee Morton, 84, passed away Saturday, Oct. 12, 2013.
Graveside service: 10 a.m. Thursday in Shannon Rose Hill Memorial Park. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Shannon Rose Hill Funeral Chapel.
Dorothy was born Oct. 12, 1929, to Normie P. and Mary Irene Lee. She attended Polytechnic High School in Fort Worth before marrying Craig Morton on Sept. 30, 1949. Dorothy was a loving mother, grandmother, and warmly welcomed everyone into her home.
She was preceded by her husband of 48 years, Craig Morton; daughter, Lori Jones; grandson, Todd Curry; and great-grandson, Kolt Martin.
Survivors: Children, Julie Curry, Alan Morton, Nelda Stephens and Ty Morton; sisters, Veita Graves and Vaida Moore; as well as numerous grandchildren, great- grandchildren and extended family.
