Morea was born in Meadville, Pennsylvania on February 28, 1944 to Stalter and Gladys Duval. Morea graduated from Lochaven State University, Edinburg State University and the University of Pittsburgh.
She was married to Jeff Brookshire on December 17, 1977.
Morea was preceded in death by her parents, her brother David Duval, and her son Roderick.
She is survived by her husband Jeff Brookshire; her sisters Stalene, Jacquline, and D’Etta; her daughter Anja Brookshire and husband Jan Rosinowski; and her daughter Kathryn Couch and husband Rick Couch, four grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
A visitation for Morea will be held Thursday, October 6, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Laurel Land Funeral Home, 7100 Crowley Rd, Fort Worth, Texas 76134. Graveside service will be Friday, October 7, 2022 at 2:00 PM at Laurel Land Memorial Park, 7100 Crowley Rd, Fort Worth, TX 76134.
