Bivens and Annie Lee Price on May 17, 1941, in Fort Worth, Texas. Annie Ruth graduated from I.M. Terrell High School in 1959. She worked for Miller Brewing Company, retiring in 2005 after 29 years of dedicated service. After her retirement, she remained active as a volunteer at Huguley Hospital.

5225 Ramey Avenue. Visitation: Friday from 12 to 5 PM at Gregory W. Spencer Funeral Directors with the family present from 6 to 8 PM at the Church. Burial: Cedar Hill Memorial Park.
Annie Ruth was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sibling and friend.
Beyond her family, Annie’s legacy will be that of a life of a spiritual woman, with deep roots to the church. She was a founding member of her father’s church, Sweet Home Baptist Church, where she assumed numerous positions of service. Yet, she was best known for her melodic voice, faithfully singing in the church choir for decades. As Annie Ruth leaves this earth, her family and friends are comforted by some of the songs that she often led in church choir and used as a source of comfort and strength: “Precious Lord”, “All the Way, and “I know It’s Alright”.”

She is survived by her three sons: Joseph Earl Breedlove Jr. (Andrea), Stephon Breedlove (Marilyn), and Darren Breedlove (Stacy); and six grandchildren: McKenna, Lydia, Joseph III, Isaac, Maddox, and Montgomery.
