She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Dee was a Dallas girl and attended Adams High School. She retired from the Federal Power Commission. She enjoyed dancing and playing card games and dominos. Before Covid, the same group of dear friends had played Bunco for over twenty years.
She was preceded in death by two sons, Karl Culp and Marvin Culp and husband Clayton Culp.
She is survived by sons, Doyle and wife Vivian, Marshall and wife Diane; grandchildren, Dr. Clayton Culp and wife Johanna, Heather Garza and husband Tony, Rebekah and husband Clint Hays J.D. and Kathleen Culp; great-grandchildren, Chase, Hunter, Brayden Jackson and Ryan Garza, Donovan and Nathaniel Hays, Sienna, and Kelton Culp; cousins, Barbara and Jean; sister in law, Evelyn; and numerous nieces and nephews.
