It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Alice Perez Moreno, who left us on December 14, 2024, at the age of 81. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, aunt, and friend, and her presence will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Born on November 30, 1943, in Temple, TX, Alice was the child of Phillip and Paula Perez. She is survived by her children: Annette Gutierrez and husband Gilbert, Rita Najera and husband Daniel, and Tim Moreno and wife Amber. Alice also leaves behind her brothers, Henry Perez and Victor Perez, along with 10 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren, and many more family members and friends.
Alice was preceded in death by her parents, Phillip and Paula Perez, and her brother Roy Perez.
Funeral arrangements are as follows:
Rosary: Sunday, December 22, 2024, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Laurel Land Funeral Home, 7100 Crowley Rd., Fort Worth, TX 76134.
Funeral Service: Monday, December 23, 2024, at 10:00 AM.
The family deeply appreciates the outpouring of love, prayers, and support during this difficult time. Alice Perez Moreno’s legacy will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
Serving as pallbearers are Daniel Najera, Richard Gutierrez, Steven Gutierrez, Andrew Najera, Brian Najera, Michael Moreno, Nico Moreno and Michael Perez.
