Susan Theresa Perkins

Susan Theresa Perkins, age 77, of Fort Wayne, Indiana passed away on Friday, March 25, 2022, at Heritage Park Nursing Home, Fort Wayne. Susan was born September 18, 1944, in Detroit, Michigan, to the late Andrew and Sylvia (Phillips) Costew. Susan served in the capacity of secretary for Catholic Charity Services, for many years. Susan leaves behind two sons, Mark Perkins of New Haven and Dr. Todd Perkins of Cross Plains, Tennessee; one grandson, Chase Perkins of Indianapolis, Indiana and one granddaughter, Hailee Perkins of Fort Wayne; her sister, Pat Sullivan of Dayton, Ohio and two cousins, Tony Mizzell of Illinois and Laura Ries of Colorado.
