Soe Lay, 68 passed away on Wednesday, May 10, 2023. Born in Mudon , Mon State, Burma on October 12, 1954, he was a son of the late Mya Maung and Mya Kyi. He is survived by his wife, Thein Yi Khin; and his children, Htet Htet, Christie Lay and Victoria. A Prayer service will be held at 12:00pm on Thursday, May 25, 2023 at Klaehn, Fahl & Melton Funeral Home, 6424 Winchester Road, Fort Wayne, Indiana 46819 with visitation one hour prior. Cremation will immediately follow the prayers.
