Scott Allen Smith, 57 of Leo passed away December 5, 2024 at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne. Scott was born on May 27,1967 in Fort Wayne and was preceeded in death by his father and mother Robert and Georgia (Hunsaker) Smith, and brother Steve Smith. He is survived by his son, Josh (Stephanie) Smith and their two daughters Olivia and Amelia along with his sister, Stacey Saurer and brother, Shawn Smith. The family plans to celebrate Scott’s life at a later date.
